Twice Baked Potatoes

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Cut thin lengthwise slice from each potato

Scoop out inside. Add butter and cheese; mash. Add enough milk while whipping to make smooth and fluffy

Salt and pepper to taste

Fill shells with whipped potatoes and top with shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake until golden brown about 20 minutes
